- About Us
FredCentArch is a RIBA Chartered Practice founded by Frédéric Centelles that has been offering a bespoke design service for well over two decades on a wide range of small to medium size residential and commercial projects in the Greater London area.
Our motivating force focus on the key pillars in driving excellence through promoting high standards in Design, Construction and Practice. This we do by way of good ethics, inclusivity, environmental awareness, collaboration amongst other professionals and communities to foster better buildings and places.
Our design approach is structured alongside the RIBA Small Project Plan of Work that identifies different stages from feasibility studies through to building in use.
We promote sustainable building design, resource conservation, eco-friendly materials and occupant health and well-being.

Frédéric manages office operations, leads design initiatives, and oversees projects from start to finish.
After graduating from Thames Polytechnic and North London Polytechnic, he joined the Royal institute of British Architects (RIBA) in 1990.
In 2010, after gaining extensive working experience with several leading architectural firms in London, he established Fred│Cent│Arch a RIBA registered chartered practice
Located in Woodford Green, East London, the main activities include residential projects, mixed-use developments, property conversions, refurbishments, health adaptations, change of use applications, heritage consultations, urban and Green Belt projects for the local community.
The office is committed to using ACAD and SketchUp facilitating more effective collaboration with stakeholders and other disciplines.
To this day, Frédéric maintains strong relationships with clients, developers, and builders. the business flourishes through client referrals and repeat patronage, effectively assisting numerous clients in achieving their residential or commercial objectives.
